3. Ordering & Payment
All orders must be placed via our online store. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the available secure payment methods. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Orders are typically ready within 2 hours of being placed during normal business hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready. Please bring this confirmation email with you to collect your order.
5. Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure product availability and freshness. All products are subject to availability and may vary in size, weight, and packaging due to the nature of fresh seafood. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable substitute or refund.
6. Refunds & Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on perishable seafood items. If you are unsatisfied with your order or believe a product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour before your scheduled pickup time. To cancel, please contact us directly. We are unable to offer refunds for orders that are not collected within 24 hours.
8. Liability
Better Choice Fisheries is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from the improper use, storage, or handling of products once collected. All products should be stored and consumed according to the appropriate food safety guidelines.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
